Why We Don't Allow Off-Marketplace Deals
Why We Keep All Deals On the Marketplace
We do not allow suppliers and customers to move their transactions off our platform. This policy exists to protect everyone and to make the marketplace better for both sides. Here's why.
1. We Don't Charge You Extra
We do not take a commission from suppliers or customers for using the marketplace. Keeping orders on the platform is not about us making more money—it's about keeping you safe and giving you the right tools and protections.
2. Off-Platform Deals Lead to More Scams
Many suppliers and customers have reported being scammed when they moved their deals outside the marketplace. Once you pay or deliver off the platform:
- There is no order record, dispute process, or refund path.
- We cannot help with delivery issues, wrong accounts, or non-payment.
- Contact details shared in messages (e.g. Telegram, email) are often used to bypass our checks and then defraud users.
That's why we restrict sharing contact details in tickets and why we encourage everyone to complete every transaction on the marketplace.
3. On-Platform Deals Help Suppliers and Improve Quality
When you buy and sell through the marketplace:
- Suppliers get more cross-sales: Customers see your other products, related items, and your store—so one order can lead to more.
- Quality stays high: Ratings, reviews, and order history are visible. Good service is rewarded with more orders and better placement.
- Trust is built in one place: Buyers and sellers can rely on a single, consistent experience instead of scattered off-platform chats and payments.
4. Higher Membership Levels Mean Bigger Discounts
Loyal customers get better prices. Our member levels give you increasing discounts on all orders across the marketplace. The more you buy on the platform, the higher your level and the more you save—on every order, from every supplier. That benefit only applies to orders placed on the marketplace.
5. Real Cases: Why We Can't Help When You Deal Off-Platform
Here are two situations we actually see. In both, everyone was frustrated—but when the deal happened outside the marketplace, we had no way to fix it.
Case 1: Client disputed payment after being scammed off-platform
A client opened a dispute on our marketplace. He said the seller had scammed him: asked for a deposit, then cleared the chat so there was no proof. He wanted his money back.
When we looked into it, two things didn't add up. First, our marketplace does not support deposits to suppliers—all payments go through the platform. Second, no one can delete messages in our tickets; the full history is always there. We found that the client had moved the deal to a private channel (e.g. Telegram), paid the "deposit" there, was scammed, and then came back to dispute earlier payments he had made on our platform. Because the loss happened off-platform, we had no order record, no chat, and no way to verify or refund. We couldn't help.

Case 2: Seller said he delivered; client took the accounts and disappeared
A seller claimed he had delivered the accounts, but the client had taken them and never paid. The client said the opposite. When we checked, we found they had been dealing privately on Telegram. The "delivery" and "payment" had happened there, not on our platform. We had no order, no proof of what was sent or paid, and no way to decide who was right or to recover anything. Both sides were upset, but we had nothing to act on.

In both cases, the real problem was the same: the deal was done outside the marketplace. When everything stays on the platform, we can review the order, the messages, and the evidence. If a supplier scams a client, we can investigate and refund. If a client doesn’t pay or runs off, we have a clear record. Off-platform, we have none of that—so there is nothing we can do. That’s exactly why we keep asking everyone to complete every transaction on the marketplace.
Summary
We keep deals on the marketplace to protect you from scams, to give you dispute and refund options, and to reward both suppliers and customers with more visibility, cross-sales, and member discounts. We don't charge commission for using the platform—we only ask that you complete your transactions here so everyone stays safe and the marketplace keeps improving.
