Cancellation Policy

❌ Introduction

At HstockPlus, we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how Buyers and Sellers can request order cancellations, how recurring services are handled, and what happens when a cancellation is approved.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. 🚫 Cancelling Before Delivery

Cancellation availability depends on the delivery method of the product.

1. Auto-Delivery Products

Auto-delivery products are fulfilled automatically and usually delivered within minutes after payment confirmation.

Because delivery begins immediately, these orders generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed.

2. Manual-Delivery Products

For manual-delivery products, you may request cancellation before the Seller begins fulfilling the order.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact the Seller directly, or

  • Open a support ticket using your Order ID as soon as possible.

If the Seller has already started processing your order, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the standard terms of our Refund Policy will apply.


2. 🏪 Seller-Initiated Cancellations

A Seller may cancel an order (in whole or in part) under the following circumstances.

1. Stock Unavailable

The listed product is no longer available when fulfillment begins.

2. Payment Verification Issues

The Buyer's payment cannot be verified or has been flagged for fraud, suspicious activity, or chargeback risk.

3. Legal or Platform Compliance

Completing the order would violate applicable laws or third-party platform policies that were not reasonably apparent when the product was listed.

If a Seller cancels an order, any funds held for that order will be returned to the Buyer's:

  • HstockPlus account balance, or

  • Original payment method (where supported),

in accordance with our Refund Policy.


3. 🔄 Recurring & Rental Services

This section applies to recurring or time-limited services such as:

  • Gmail rentals

  • EDU email rentals

  • Recurring account access

  • Subscription-based digital services

1. Cancelling Future Renewals

Cancelling before the next billing or renewal date will prevent future charges.

2. Current Billing Period

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current active period unless the service was not functioning as described under our Refund Policy.

3. How to Stop a Recurring Service

You may stop recurring services by:

  • Using your HstockPlus account dashboard, or

  • Contacting HstockPlus Support before the next renewal date.


4. 📦 Buyer Cancellation Requests After Delivery

Once a product has been successfully delivered and is functioning as described on the product listing, the order is considered fulfilled.

At that stage, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation.

If you experience any issues after delivery, please use the dispute process outlined in our Refund Policy rather than requesting a cancellation.


5. 👤 Account Cancellation

You may close your HstockPlus account at any time by contacting our support team.

Before requesting account closure, please ensure the following.

1. Withdraw Remaining Balance

Withdraw any available balance according to our standard withdrawal terms.

2. Resolve Active Orders

Complete or resolve any:

  • Open orders

  • Active disputes

  • Pending transactions

Closing your account does not cancel obligations related to active transactions.

3. Record Retention

Certain account records may be retained after closure where required for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Accounting purposes

  • Fraud prevention

  • Dispute resolution

as described in our Privacy Policy.


6. 📝 How to Request a Cancellation

Follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Locate Your Order ID

Find the Order ID in your HstockPlus account dashboard.

Step 2: Contact the Seller or Support

  • Contact the Seller directly (for manual-delivery products), or

  • Open a support ticket.

Step 3: Explain Your Request

Clearly state:

  • Your Order ID

  • That you wish to cancel the order

  • The reason for your cancellation request

Step 4: Await Review

Our support team will determine whether the order is still eligible for cancellation and will process your request accordingly.
