What is HstockPlus?

HstockPlus is a marketplace, not a shop. Hundreds of independent sellers list accounts, email, proxies, social media services and SMS verification side by side, and you pick between them on price, delivery terms and warranty. The practical consequence is that two listings for the same thing can differ several times over in price, so the comparison is worth making.

Do I need an account to buy?

No, guest checkout works. Signing up gets you order history, the ticket route if something goes wrong, and tiered member discounts that grow with what you have spent. If you expect to buy more than once, register first, because the discount applies from the order you place while signed in, not retroactively.

What payment methods do you accept?

Crypto is the direct rail: USDT on TRC20 or BEP20, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum and the other major coins through Cryptomus. Binance Pay settles an order directly, so you do not have to move funds out of Binance first. Alipay and WeChat Pay run through Payeer and appear as ordinary options at checkout, capped at twenty dollars a transaction. Bank cards are not currently a working option: the card channels on that gateway are switched off. Most orders here are not paid by any of these at the moment of purchase, because the balance you topped up earlier covers them.

How do I top up my balance?

Open your dashboard and choose Top Up Balance. Everything above works for topping up as well as for paying an order outright. Buying accounts usually means trying a few sellers before you find stock that fits, so a topped-up balance saves picking a payment method every time.

Are payments secure?

Card and wallet details go to the payment gateway, not to us, and we never see or store them. Separately, your money does not reach the seller the moment you pay. HstockPlus holds it until you confirm the order, and while a ticket is open on that order the seller cannot withdraw it at all.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Usually instantly, but not always, and the listing tells you which. About seven in ten live listings deliver automatically the moment payment confirms, and about two in ten deliver from stock the seller has already uploaded, which is also immediate. The remaining one in ten is fulfilled by hand, so it waits for the seller. Those are the orders that can take hours rather than seconds. Whether your particular order is automatic also depends on whether the seller has enough stock on hand to cover it.

How long is the warranty period?

Warranty is counted in hours from delivery, not from payment, and each seller sets it on their own listing. Twelve hours is the usual figure across the catalogue. Proxies run longer, and a real share of the cheapest listings are under an hour, which in practice means no window at all. The exact number is printed on the product page beside the delivery method, so read it before you buy and test what arrives the moment it lands.

Where do I find what I bought?

On the order page, straight after payment. Credentials are shown there, and where a seller ships in bulk the format is a file you download containing every set.

What if the account does not work?

Open a ticket from the order page while the warranty window is still open. That puts you, the seller and our support in one shared thread rather than leaving you to argue with a seller alone. The outcome is a replacement or a refund to your site balance. Once the window closes the ticket route closes with it, which is the whole reason testing on delivery matters.

Where does a refund go?

By default to your site balance, credited immediately, where it spends like any other balance on your next order. For most orders that is also where the money came from, since the large majority of purchases here are paid from balance rather than from a card or a wallet. If you paid through an outside channel and you want the money returned there instead, open a support ticket and ask, and we arrange it by hand. It is manual rather than a button because several of these channels cannot be reversed by software, and crypto in particular has to be sent back manually.

Can I trust the reviews?

Only up to a point, and it is worth knowing why. A review can only be attached to an order that was bought and confirmed, so nothing on a seller profile was written by a passer-by. But a five-star review is also created automatically when an order is confirmed, and most confirmations are a timer rather than a person, so the great majority of ratings on this site are automatic five stars with no text. Out of more than eighty thousand reviews, fewer than two hundred carry any written comment. Read those, and treat the star average as close to meaningless.
