⚖️ Refund Outcomes

Depending on the investigation, one of the following outcomes may apply.

1. 💰 Full Refund

The full payment may be refunded through one of the following methods:

  • HstockPlus Balance — Processed instantly

  • Original Payment Method (where supported) — Typically 7–10 business days


2. 💳 Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued when only part of the order is affected or eligible for reimbursement.


3. 🔄 Product Replacement

The Seller may provide a replacement product with equivalent specifications instead of issuing a refund.


4. ❌ Dispute Denied

A refund request may be denied if the evidence confirms that:

  • The product was delivered exactly as described.

  • The reported issue occurred outside the Seller's control.


⏱️ Refund Processing Times

The refund method determines how quickly your funds will be returned.


1. ⚡ HstockPlus Balance

Approved refunds credited to your HstockPlus account balance are processed instantly.

Your refunded balance can be used to:

  • Purchase other products on HstockPlus

  • Withdraw funds according to our Withdrawal Policy


2. 💳 Original Payment Method

Where supported, refunds sent back to the original payment method are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

Supported payment methods may include:

  • Credit / Debit Card

  • WeChat Pay

  • Alipay

  • Other supported payment methods

Note: Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or third-party payment processor.
