Refund Policy
Buyers can request refunds or replacements for digital products that are undelivered, do not match the listing, or do not work. Approved refunds are credited to your HstockPlus balance, and support can arrange a return to the channel you paid from.
⚖️ Refund Outcomes
Depending on the investigation, one of the following outcomes may apply.
1. 💰 Full Refund
The full payment may be refunded through one of the following methods:

Back to where you paid from, by request, handled manually by our support team
2. 💳 Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued when only part of the order is affected or eligible for reimbursement.
3. 🔄 Product Replacement
The Seller may provide a replacement product with equivalent specifications instead of issuing a refund.
4. ❌ Dispute Denied
A refund request may be denied if the evidence confirms that:

The product was delivered exactly as described.

The reported issue occurred outside the Seller's control.

The refund method determines how quickly your funds will be returned.

Approved refunds credited to your HstockPlus account balance are processed instantly.
Your refunded balance can be used to:

2. 💳 Back to Where You Paid From
Most orders on HstockPlus are paid from HstockPlus Balance, so for those the balance credit above already returns the money to where it came from and nothing further is needed.
If you paid through an outside payment channel and you want the money returned there instead of held as balance, open a support ticket and ask. We arrange it by hand. It is a manual step rather than a button because several of these channels cannot be reversed programmatically, and crypto in particular has to be sent back manually.
We do not quote a fixed turnaround for this route, because it depends on the channel and on your own provider. Ask support and they will tell you what to expect for yours.
