All products and services offered on HstockPlus are 100% digital.

Nothing is shipped physically. Delivery consists of providing digital access such as:

  • Activation information

  • Service completion

  • Access through your HstockPlus account


2. 🚀 Delivery Methods

Depending on the product and Seller, delivery may occur through one of the following methods.

1. Auto Delivery

Access details are generated and delivered automatically, usually instantly (or within a few minutes) after payment is confirmed, without manual Seller involvement.

2. Manual Delivery

The Seller prepares and sends the product or access details after receiving your order, within the delivery timeframe stated on the product listing.

3. Recurring / Rental Services

Access is provided for a specified duration (for example, a 24-hour Gmail rental or recurring EDU email access). Access may expire according to the listing terms.

4. API / Automated Services

For services such as SMS verification, proxy access, or other automated products, delivery may occur through the Customer API in real time.

Important: The delivery method for each product is displayed on its product page. Always review it before placing an order.


3. ⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

Delivery speed depends on the product type and the Seller.

1. Auto Delivery

Auto-delivery products are typically delivered within minutes after payment confirmation.

2. Manual Delivery

Manual-delivery products are delivered within the timeframe specified by the Seller on the product page.

If the Seller fails to deliver within the stated delivery window, you may open a dispute using your Order ID.

3. Stock Availability

Product stock shown on listings reflects current availability.

In rare cases where inventory becomes unavailable after your order is placed, the Seller may cancel the unavailable portion of the order and issue a refund.


4. 📋 Where to Find Your Delivered Product

Once your order has been delivered, you can find all delivery details in:

  1. Order History

  2. Order Details Page in your HstockPlus dashboard

You will also typically receive a notification when your order has been completed.


5. ✅ Verifying Your Delivery

After receiving your order, we recommend completing the following checks.

1. Verify the Product

Ensure the delivered product matches the listing description, including:

  • Platform

  • Account age

  • Region

  • Included access

  • Product specifications

2. Test Access

Log in or test the delivered service as soon as possible using a stable internet connection.

3. Save Your Credentials

Securely store any provided:

  • Login credentials

  • 2FA keys

  • Cookies

  • API tokens

  • Recovery information

4. Confirm Your Order

Once you have successfully verified everything, confirm the order.

If you encounter any issues, open a dispute within the applicable review period described in our Refund Policy.


6. ⚠️ Delivery Issues

If your product:

  • Has not been delivered

  • Is delivered later than promised

  • Does not match the listing description

Please open a dispute using your Order ID within the review period described in our Refund Policy.

Our support team will work together with the Seller to resolve the issue through one of the following methods:

  1. Re-delivery

  2. Product replacement

  3. Refund (when applicable)


7. 🌐 Factors Outside Our Control

Although Sellers are required to meet their stated delivery times, digital deliveries can occasionally be affected by factors outside the HstockPlus platform, including:

  1. Third-party platform outages

  2. Payment processor delays

  3. Internet or network connectivity issues

  4. Temporary service interruptions

While we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues, HstockPlus cannot guarantee against delays caused by external systems beyond our control.
