Understanding Member Levels: For Customers and Suppliers
Michael Chen
What Are Member Levels?
For Customers: How Your Level Is Calculated
- Lv.1 Member** – Starting tier for every new customer.
- Lv.2 Bronze** – Reached after you have spent a set amount (e.g. $100).
- Lv.3 Silver** – Unlocked at a higher spending threshold (e.g. $500).
- Lv.4 Gold** – For customers who have spent even more (e.g. $2,000).
- Lv.5 Platinum** – Our top customer tier (e.g. $10,000+ total spent).
For Suppliers: How Your Level Is Calculated
- Same tier names apply: **Lv.1 Member** through **Lv.5 Platinum**.
- Each tier has a minimum "total confirmed sales" amount (the same thresholds as customer spend, but applied to your sales).
- If you have the supplier role but no products yet, your level is shown as a customer (based on your total spent).
Where You See Your Level
- Dashboard** – Next to your avatar and name.
- Shop page** – For suppliers, your shop avatar shows your level ring and crown.
- Support tickets** – Both customer and supplier avatars show the level; ticket details also show the customer's level name.
- Emails and notifications** – Your level label can appear in communications.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your customer level is based on your total amount spent on completed orders. Higher total spend moves you from Member (Lv.1) through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (Lv.5).
If you are a supplier with at least one product, your level is based on your total confirmed sales (orders confirmed by the customer or by the system). The same tiers (Member to Platinum) and thresholds apply.
Your level is shown next to your avatar on the dashboard, on your shop page (for suppliers), on support tickets, and in relevant emails or notifications.
