Understanding Member Levels: For Customers and Suppliers

What Are Member Levels?

Member levels are a way we recognize your activity on our platform. Whether you buy services as a **customer** or sell them as a **supplier**, your level reflects your standing and grows with you.

For Customers: How Your Level Is Calculated

Your customer level is based on your **total amount spent** on completed orders. The more you spend (on successfully completed orders), the higher your level. Your level is shown next to your profile in the dashboard, on tickets, and in notifications.

  1. Lv.1 Member** – Starting tier for every new customer.
  2. Lv.2 Bronze** – Reached after you have spent a set amount (e.g. $100).
  3. Lv.3 Silver** – Unlocked at a higher spending threshold (e.g. $500).
  4. Lv.4 Gold** – For customers who have spent even more (e.g. $2,000).
  5. Lv.5 Platinum** – Our top customer tier (e.g. $10,000+ total spent).

Exact thresholds can be customized by the platform; the labels (Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and the idea of "higher spend = higher level" stay the same.

For Suppliers: How Your Level Is Calculated

If you are a **supplier** and have at least one product listed, your level is based on your **total sales**—the amount of money from orders that have been **confirmed** (by the customer or by the system). So your supplier level reflects how much you have sold, not how much you have withdrawn.

  1. Same tier names apply: **Lv.1 Member** through **Lv.5 Platinum**.
  2. Each tier has a minimum "total confirmed sales" amount (the same thresholds as customer spend, but applied to your sales).
  3. If you have the supplier role but no products yet, your level is shown as a customer (based on your total spent).

Where You See Your Level

Your level is visible in several places so you and others can see your standing at a glance:

  1. Dashboard** – Next to your avatar and name.
  2. Shop page** – For suppliers, your shop avatar shows your level ring and crown.
  3. Support tickets** – Both customer and supplier avatars show the level; ticket details also show the customer's level name.
  4. Emails and notifications** – Your level label can appear in communications.

Level Ring and Badge

On your avatar we show a **level ring** (a progress ring that fills as you get closer to the next tier) and a **crown icon** whose color matches your current level. Hovering over the avatar shows your level name (e.g. "Lv.4 Gold").

 Summary

- **Customers:** Level = total amount spent on completed orders (Member → Platinum).
- **Suppliers (with products):** Level = total confirmed sales (same tiers).
- **Suppliers (no products):** Level = customer level (total spent).
- Your level is visible on dashboard, shop, tickets, and in notifications; admins can customize thresholds and labels in Client Badges settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your customer level is based on your total amount spent on completed orders. Higher total spend moves you from Member (Lv.1) through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (Lv.5).

If you are a supplier with at least one product, your level is based on your total confirmed sales (orders confirmed by the customer or by the system). The same tiers (Member to Platinum) and thresholds apply.

Your level is shown next to your avatar on the dashboard, on your shop page (for suppliers), on support tickets, and in relevant emails or notifications.
