🟢 Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

🚚 Delivery Policy

HstockPlus operates as a marketplace platform. All products and services are provided by independent sellers.

Sellers are responsible for delivering the product/service within the specified delivery time shown on the product page.

Each order includes a delivery warranty period defined by the seller. Buyers should wait until this period has passed before raising a dispute.

3. Non-Delivery Protection 🛡️

If the seller fails to deliver within the delivery warranty period or within 24 hours (if no warranty is specified), buyers are eligible to:

🛒 Refund Process

Step 1: Open a Dispute

  • Reason for refund

Our support team will review both buyer and seller information.


Step 4: Final Decision

After review, one of the following will be applied:
