A listing sometimes has fewer accounts than you need, or none at all. Pre-order lets you pay once and stop checking back: you receive what the seller has now, and HstockPlus delivers the rest when the seller uploads new stock. You also set a deadline, and anything still missing at that time returns to your balance.
Buy Now or Pre-order
Every product page shows two buttons next to each other. Buy Now ships from current stock. Pre-order ships from current stock too, and keeps waiting for the rest.
When the listing covers your quantity, Buy Now is the quicker choice. Pre-order matters when you want more than the seller holds.
Order more than the seller has in stock
Type the quantity you need. If it exceeds the stock, the page tells you how many are available, switches Buy Now off and makes Pre-order the main button. The button label shows how many units ship now.
Below the quantity you will see a summary of the split, for example 463 units now and 37 on restock. Out-of-stock options stay selectable, so you can pre-order a variant that shows zero.
Pick a latest delivery time
The Latest delivery time field sets your deadline. It starts 3 days out, and you can move it anywhere between 1 hour and 30 days from now. Choose the latest moment the accounts are still useful to you. A longer window gives the seller more time to restock.
You need to be signed in to pre-order, and each pre-order holds a single product.
Pay at checkout
Click Pre-order to open checkout. The order summary repeats your latest delivery time, and you can still change it there before you pay.

Follow the order while it waits
In your orders list, a waiting pre-order carries a Waiting for stock badge. Open it to see how many units arrived, how many are still waiting and the date HstockPlus refunds the rest.
When the seller restocks, HstockPlus delivers to waiting pre-orders in the order they were paid. You get the accounts in the same order page, with no new checkout.
Cancel the rest or let the deadline refund it
Changed your mind? Click Cancel the rest and refund on the order. HstockPlus refunds every undelivered unit to your balance and closes the order with what you already received.
If you do nothing and the deadline passes, the same refund happens on its own within a few minutes. Refunds go to your HstockPlus balance only.
The regular automatic refunds for slow delivery do not apply to a pre-order. Your latest delivery time replaces them, because you agreed to wait until then.
Buying a large quantity?
