Therefore, the 10,000 credits are NOT covered by our guarantee policy.
Credit Expiration & Monthly Reset
The 10,000 credits are Free-plan monthly credits, not purchased Pay As You Go (PAYG) credits.
Free-plan credits are intended for the current monthly allowance and unused Free-plan credits do not roll over to the next month.
The account's credit allowance may reset according to ElevenLabs' current billing/credit-cycle rules.
If ElevenLabs changes the Free plan, credit allocation, reset rules, eligibility, or other related policies, the account may receive different credit amounts or conditions in the future.
We do not guarantee that the account will continue receiving 10,000 credits every month.
Auto-Renew / Subscription
This account is provided as a Free-plan account.
There is no paid monthly subscription included with the account.
The 10,000 Free credits should not be considered a permanent or lifetime credit balance.
If the buyer upgrades the account to a paid subscription, the account will then be subject to ElevenLabs' paid-plan billing, renewal, credit rollover, cancellation, and expiration rules.
Any paid subscription or additional credits purchased by the buyer are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
Guarantee Policy
We provide a 24-hour guarantee after account delivery.
The guarantee covers:
Invalid account credentials
Account cannot be logged into upon delivery
