This message is not related to your account, but to the application! Your application cannot send verification codes, so the message «No login information» appears! Here are some solutions:

iPhone: To download the Telegram application You must use a US Apple ID on your iPhone. When searching «Telegram» in the App Store, only Telegram Messenger should appear; this is the official version. Other versions like Telegram Plus are pirated and will not send verification codes.
