What a Bulk Instagram Account Checker Can and Cannot Tell You
Used as an Instagram live checker, this tool asks one question: does the profile resolve. That is narrower than it sounds. Knowing its edges saves you from acting on a result it never made.
It does not answer: is the account healthy
A profile can resolve while being shadow limited, action blocked, or sitting behind a login wall for most viewers. Liveness and usability are different questions.
It does not answer: who owns it
A handle that resolves today may have been recycled after the original account was deleted. The check reads the current state and has no history.
It does not answer: is it worth buying
Follower counts, posting history and registration country all sit outside this check. Use it to remove the dead entries, then judge the rest on their own terms.

The simplest form. One username per line with nothing around it.
At-prefixed handles
Handles copied out of chat or a spreadsheet keep their leading at sign. The parser strips it.
Full profile links
Profile URLs pasted straight from a browser are reduced to the username segment before the check runs.

Why a Live Account Can Come Back Marked Invalid
This is the part worth reading before you delete anything. The tool collapses several upstream outcomes into two columns, and one of those outcomes is not a verdict about the account at all.

Recheck before you delete. Because a failed lookup lands in the same column as a confirmed dead account, treat a first-pass invalid list as a shortlist rather than a verdict. Run it again a few minutes later. Entries that were rate limited tend to resolve on the second pass, and entries that are genuinely gone stay put.

How the Free Quota and the Signed-In Limit Differ
There are two ways to run a list, and which one you are on changes both the per-request ceiling and what happens when you run out.
How long is your list?

Longer than tenNeeds a signed-in account, which raises the per-request ceiling to five hundred entries and charges the run against your balance.
The free quota is shared. This checker and the country checker draw on one hourly pool between them. A heavy session on either one reduces what is left for the other in the same hour. Splitting a job across both tools does not double your free allowance.

The common case is a list that arrived from someone else. To verify Instagram accounts before buying them, this is the order that wastes the least quota and produces the most defensible number.

Deduplicate before you paste
Lists assembled by hand repeat entries. Duplicates consume quota and inflate whatever total you report back.

Run the list once
Take the first pass as a split rather than a result. The live column is trustworthy immediately.

Rerun only the invalid column
Copy the entries marked invalid and check them again. This is where rate limited lookups separate from genuinely dead handles.

Quote the number that survived twice
What is left is a dead Instagram account list you can stand behind. An entry that failed two independent passes is a defensible thing to raise with a seller. One that failed once is not.
