Nearly every title names a country and a mail service. Those two fields explain most of the price gaps between listings that otherwise read alike.
Titles name CIS, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, USA, Argentina and Moldova. Sellers add that if you open a Turkey Steam account from a connection somewhere else, the store may quote your own currency instead of the one you paid for the region to get.
A native inbox was created together with the account and arrives with its own password, so you control recovery from day one. Rambler carries most of the hour ladder, with Firstmail and Outlook on smaller regional batches.
NotLetters and Smakmail lines say so in the title. The mailbox works, but you read it through the page the seller links instead of a client, and those same sellers ask you to move the account to an address of your own.
Region batches usually state a configured profile with nickname, URL, avatar and open privacy settings. The auto-registered Kazakhstan and Ukraine lines state the opposite: no avatar installed, nothing played, no progress.
Several auto-registered batches are unusually blunt about something most catalogs leave unsaid.

The ladder runs from a thousand hours up to fifteen thousand, and the descriptions are candid about how the clock got there.
Sellers write that time was accumulated in the game lobby or the main menu. Steam accounts with CS:GO hours therefore carry duration instead of match history, and the titles say no game has been played.
The CS:GO lines state the account qualifies to register on Faceit and lands at level three thanks to the hours. Creating that profile is left to you, and one seller says as much.
CS2 Steam accounts spread their hours over CS2, Dota 2, PUBG, Apex Legends, War Thunder, Path of Exile, Crossout, Paladins, Unturned, Destiny 2, Team Fortress 2 and Stalcraft and not one game.
Dota 2 batches state ranked play stays locked until you have put in a hundred hours yourself. Across the ladder the balance is empty, no keys are registered and the rank shown is the starting one.
