3) Then select Recover by password
4) Copy and paste the line Email : token into the field, then Recover
If the balance is NOT activated:
1) Go to the link https://calling.web.skype.com/account/credit_reactivation
2) If an error occurs, you need to fill in "billing", go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses?lang=en-US
3) In "Preferred billing info" - enter, for example, any US address, add an Email.
4) Try activating again via the link https://calling.web.skype.com/account/credit_reactivation
