How to Ask a Seller for a Bulk Discount on HstockPlus
Send the quantity, the discount you want and a deadline from the seller chat. If the seller accepts, HstockPlus creates the order at that price and charges your balance.
Buying a few hundred accounts at list price adds up. Instead of haggling back and forth in chat, you can send the seller one structured request: how many units, how much off, and by when. If the seller agrees, HstockPlus creates the order at your price and charges your balance. You never return to the product page to finish the purchase.
Open the seller chat
On the product page, click the chat icon next to the seller name to open Contact Seller. Keep Attach Product Reference ticked so the request points at this listing. Under What is the problem?, choose Price, discount, or bulk quote.
Fill in the discount request
The form asks for four things:
- Option: the variant you want, when the listing has more than one.
- How many units do you need?
- Desired discount: a percentage above 0 and up to 50.
- Latest delivery time: the deadline for both the seller's answer and the delivery. It starts 24 hours out and can sit anywhere from 1 hour to 30 days ahead.

The form shows the list total crossed out next to your requested price, so you see the saving before you send. Sellers need time to read and decide, and a deadline under 24 hours triggers a warning for that reason.
Add a short message, then send. Sending charges nothing.
What the seller sees
The seller gets your request in the chat thread and in their discount request inbox, with the quantity, list price, requested price and your deadline. They answer with one click.

Either way, HstockPlus posts the decision into your chat thread, so you do not have to watch the request page.
If the seller accepts
HstockPlus creates the order at the requested price and charges your balance straight away. Delivery starts from the seller's current stock. Units the seller does not have yet arrive on restock, and anything still missing at your latest delivery time returns to your balance, the same way a pre-order works.
Short on balance at that moment? The accepted request waits. Top up, and HstockPlus charges the balance and creates the order as soon as the money arrives, up to your deadline.
If the seller declines or does not answer
A seller can decline and add a note explaining why, for example a price they can accept instead. You see the note on the request, with a Translate button if it is in another language. A request nobody answers expires at your latest delivery time. In both cases nothing is charged, and you can buy at list price or send a new request.
Track and cancel your requests
Go to Orders and open Discount requests. Every request lists its status, the list and requested price, and the deadline.

Need to back out? Click Cancel request while the request is still open. Once it has turned into an order, manage it from the order page instead.
Keep in mind
- A seller can decline, or answer late, and that delays your purchase. If you need the accounts now, buy at list price.
- Nothing ships before the seller accepts, even when the listing has stock.
- Stock is not reserved while the seller decides. If other buyers empty the listing first, your accepted order waits for a restock.
