1. Logging in via Mobile (App) The mobile app is the most common way to use Threads. Download the App: Ensure you have the Threads app installed from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open the App: When you launch Threads, it will automatically detect if you are already logged into Instagram on that device. Select Your Account: * If you see your Instagram handle at the bottom of the screen, simply tap Log in with Instagram.
