1. Logging in via Mobile (App) The mobile app is the most common way to use Threads. Download the App: Ensure you have the Threads app installed from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open the App: When you launch Threads, it will automatically detect if you are already logged into Instagram on that device. Select Your Account: * If you see your Instagram handle at the bottom of the screen, simply tap Log in with Instagram. If you want to use a different account, tap Switch accounts to enter the credentials for another Instagram profile. Authentication: If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on Instagram, you will be prompted to enter your security code. 2. Logging in via Desktop (Web) You can also access Threads through a standard web browser. Go to the Website: Navigate to threads.net. Enter Credentials: You will be prompted to enter your Instagram username, phone number, or email, along with your password. Continue with Instagram: If you are already logged into Instagram in that specific browser, you may see a button to "Continue as [Your Username]."
