ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY QUESTIONS AND FEEDBACK:

>>Question: There is some kind of email linked to the purchased account, which do? The account may leak after some time.
Answer: Linking your email is required for registering telegram accounts and there is no way to bypass this. No one will restore your purchased account through this email. If this does not suit you, you can easily link your email instead of the original one and for this you do not need access to the email that is on your account. Here's how to do it: go to Settings (Settings) -> Privacy (Privacy and Security) -> Login Email (Login Email) -> Change (Change email), then enter your email and confirm the code that will be sent to your email.

>> Question: The password on the purchased account is (2FA), what should I do?
Answer: If the account you purchased has a password (2FA), then write to the DarkStore support service, the issue will be promptly resolved: we will give you a password, or we will simply remove it. It also sometimes happens that some kind of password is written in the file, although in fact it is not on the account. Therefore, if you have loaded accounts into any software and it writes to you that the account has 2FA, try enabling the delete function/change 2FA in the software (they will most likely write to you that there is no password on the account at all and the file will be updated), or contact DarkStore support.

>> Question: I was kicked out of my account and it is not blocked, what should I do? This unscrupulous seller restored access.
Answer: Let's say you successfully logged into your account after purchase. And 5 minutes or a day or a month+ passed after that, but suddenly your session became invalid and access to your account was lost. Yes, this sometimes happens and it is not the seller who kicks you out of your account in order to resell it. Session meetings are quite common. Unlike blocking, the account remains alive, but your specific session, or all sessions on the account in general, are reset. This happens for various reasons: bad or no reasons, high spam on the account, very frequent changes of addresses, mismatch between the country and the country of account registration, and so on. If a similar situation occurs to you, try to change something in the settings and in your approach to working with accounts.
