How to use:

4. Run Telegram.exe — the account will be ready for use.
5. Be sure to connect a proxy of the same region (for the USA — American), and a mobile one, not a server one — this way the trust level of the account will be maintained.

Important:

• The Telegram client itself is not included in the archive — download the official portable version from telegram.org.
• Whenever working with an account, always use a proxy that corresponds to the country of registration — this is the main condition so as not to attract the attention of the Telegram security system.
