• If the profile URL does not exist, please contact me for a replacement.

We guarantee the validity of the accounts for 24 hours after delivery in case of invalid accounts or login issues.

Warranty Exclusion:
We do not provide warranty or replacement if the Instagram account displays “Account based in” any country other than the Singapore.

The “Account based in” label is determined solely by Instagram based on multiple factors, including long-term login location, device and network signals, language settings, and usage behavior over time. This label does not indicate the account’s creation location and may change automatically after delivery.

Therefore, any changes or status related to “Account based in” are not covered under our guarantee.

Login Issues

• Sometimes Instagram may display a "wrong password" error if you log in using a poor-quality IP address.

• To resolve this, try:

  1. Changing your IP address.

  2. Clearing your browser cache or device cache.

  3. Attempting to log in again.

• Alternatively, you can reset the Instagram password using the email provided with the purchased account.  We do not support to reset the password, you will need to do that with your IPs.
